That’s why at UXLx we move away from the one-programme-fits-all kind of conference, and instead designed a programme you can truly tailor to your goals.
You can build your own learning path by choosing 4 out of 12 half-day workshops covering a variety of topics. You’ll achieve your yearly training goals in one valuable learning experience.

2. For all career stages (this year with a dedicated day for design leaders)
Whether you’re just starting out in UX, a seasoned professional refining your craft, or leading a team to success, UXLx is designed for every stage of your career.
This year, we’re introducing a brand new Leadership and Strategy Day, giving those in senior or managerial roles a dedicated space to grow their strategic mindset and leadership skills.
Across all days, content is carefully curated to ensure there’s something valuable for every role and level — from practical workshops to inspiring talks. You’ll leave with actionable insights and the confidence to make an even bigger impact in your work.
ℹ️ Leadership and Strategy Day is a new day format and will be the first day of the conference — 12 May. It has it’s own dedicated ticket.
3. Less than 250€ per workshop
That’s quite an unbeatable value — especially when you consider that most professional UX workshops alone can cost 450€ or more, and easily reach 700€ for a single day. At UXLx, you get a complete, hassle-free experience packed with value from start to finish.
We take care of everything so you can focus on learning. UXLx is fully catered, with energising coffee breaks and a delicious lunch showcasing authentic Portuguese flavours. Vegetarian options are always available, and if you have any dietary requirements, just let us know — we’ll be happy to accommodate them.
Most of our workshops are hands-on and highly collaborative. You won’t need to worry about bringing any supplies — we provide all materials so you can dive straight into learning through active participation. After the session, you’ll also get access to all workshop materials shared by your facilitator, so you can share it with your team and keep the learning going long after the event.
4. A final day to be inspired
Workshops are great for building skills, but some ideas deserve a bigger stage. That’s where Talks Day comes in — a full day of inspiration, new perspectives, and big-picture thinking that connects all the dots.
You’ll head home motivated, recharged, and full of ideas to share and discuss with your team.
